Driven by a passion for helping others, Amee McDonald never quite fit into corporate America. Naturally analytical, Amee approached her marketing career with ROI calculations and P&L statements. Positions at Northwest Airlines in International Pricing Operations, at Marketing Architects in Account Development, and at Mediaspace Solutions as Director of Innovation further developed Amee's analytical skills. But she longed to fulfill her passion for helping nonprofits and social enterprises. Amee wondered, "Is it possible to create an ad agency that helps others?" In 2011, Amee and her husband Clint founded jabber logic: an ad agency alternative for small businesses and nonprofits. Amee is also an adjunct faculty at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

When Amee isn't helping small businesses, nonprofits or students with marketing, you can find her walking around Lake Calhoun, paddleboarding, or singing "Lean on Me" at the Uptown VFW.
